Diet is going well
Monday, May 18th, 2009I’m back doing Phase 1 of the Fat Flush Plan. I always lose a lot on that diet. I got off track for a while when I was sick, so I gained some even during our "Biggest Loser" competition at my husband’s work. It’s over today. I was hoping to lose lots more, but I did well at the beginning and at the end.
A friend made a deal with me that if I go strictly by the Fat Flush plan for 2 weeks, he’d lift weights for 3 months! Well, I’m going along perfectly, so he’s gonna have to hold up his end of the bargain. My 2 weeks is up on Thursday. I can make it easily!
I’m planning on going on Phase 3 after Thursday, with 1 cheat meal a week, for a month or two and add weights and more intense cardio, then go back to 2 weeks of the Phase 1 if I’m not losing enough weight.
