So as some of you know I’m an Airborne Medic in the U.S. Army… we’re gearing up to deploy soon so I’ve been a bit busy. I left my gym in my home town in June of 2008… after 33wks of not being aloud to hit the gym or choose what I’m eating… I wasn’t in the same shape that I left. Since then I’ve been thrown into the world to deployment readiness spending a month at a time in the field, longs nights, early mornings, and on top of it all I’m a newlywed so the gym hit the back burner needless to say… but I’m back now, I’ve gotten a routine down, one that works with both my work life and my family life. I’m very happy to find myself back in the gym, feeling like I used to after a work out… haha but I certainly have my work cut out for me after about a year of not really watching my diet or continuous workouts… haha oh well, just more of a challenge, right!?
Look for updated pics, work out routines, and posts.
Please feel free to comment, critic especially… I’ve missed this place quite a bit!

Well I’m certainly not in the same shape I left in…
I’m planning on competing in the Mid- Michigan Comp during March/April of ‘10. I figure that should give me plenty of time to get a good bulk and clean cut cycle in. Get me that number one spot…. you ready cause here I come

Thank you to those who have hated me,
you’ve made me stronger.
Thank you to those who have loved me,
you’ve made my heart grow.
Thank you to those who have envied me,
you’ve raised my self-esteem.
Thank you to those who have cared,
you’ve made me feel important.
Thank you to those who have entered my life,
for you’ve made me who I am today.
Thank you to those who have left,
you’ve proved that nothing lasts forever.
(Found this… I wrote it when I was 14…)
Still strongly believe it though.

So for the past month my mother has been out of work. Its been putting a bit of stress everywhere as my mother was the majority of our income. She has found work, but doesn’t start for another 3 weeks. Things have certainly been caotic… lol I’ve spent all the money I was saving for my camera on groceries the past few weeks, but I’d rather eat then snapping photographs.
Between work, school, the Army, my own workouts, studying, and the added stress lately cutting has actually been going pretty well. I’m about 10 weeks out from my first competition… my only goal is to walk out on stage and not get laughed off.

We’re all here for a reason. Every person you come into contact with you have some kind of influence on them and how they see life. With no reguards to how big or small of an impact you’ve had for that matter.
It amazes me how two people I just met have really changed how I see things, and where I’m heading in life. It’s not that all of a sudden I’m heading down a completely different path… it’s quite the opposite actually. These two have shown me their footsteps down a similar route, and are guiding me as I take my turn.
I’d like to think that the influence I make on them is somewhat as significant as them on me.

2007…. you weren’t one of the worst, but you certainly weren’t the best. Either case, you’re gone and I really couldn’t care much less…. 2008 and U.S. Army here I come.
Happy New Years to everyone…. I hope the new year is better then the last.

I now just have to fill out the paper work, pass a drug test and a background check and I’m good to start! I’m stoked! That gym has literally changed my life forever…. it really means the world to me.
