4 weeks out

so I’m officially here….crunch time, and to my surprise i don’t have much to crunch.  Had posing practice today and my coaches say I am there, and are more worried that I will lose some size so we are trying to hold on for 4 more weeks.  I don’t even now what to do with myself anymore…I only am gonna train for 30 min with 0 minutes of cardio….hit it hard and preserve what I got.  I guess I need to reflect a bit back on the year.  I bulked up and took the entire year off, and actually I can’t say that I put on THAT much size, I really just changed my shape.  I am very tal, and with that said, symmetry seems to be a problem for the taller girls.  I worked on perfecting mine more by bringing down my legs which have always been big, broadening my shoulders and widening my back….now I have the shape but I lack the thickness.  I have a god foundation i guess is how I am trying to put it.  I feel terribly small though, which I find funny cause I am sitting right at 146 pounds and am around 9.5% bodyfat.  Sounds big but I am so petitie right now.  I am wearing a 4 in pants and I am 5′10!  Anyways so my shape is there and I am very satisfied with what I have accomplished although I would love to have come out a bit thicker.  So I guess it just makes me more excited for next year.  So I am doing the junior nationals then the USA’s and then 2 weeks later I am getting me some new boobs, oh and next week a new car.  Then after I recover I am running out and buying a new house.  So all and all, 2009 is a big year for me, and 2010 is going to be that much better.  Maybe in 2010 I will even be ready to have a relationship cause as it stands right now I have no interest.  Guys seem to ask me out a lot, and to those women who wonder why they never get asked out……they should take note.  Act like you don’t give a crap (which is funny cause I don’t) and the men will surround you begging you to go out.  I swear ladies it’s the secret!

Ok so that is my ramble and now I am enjoying my cup of hot water with cinnamon…….it’s my version of hot tea, and it stabilizes the blood sugar plus makes you feel all warm and ready for bed.  It is my little dieting secret so anyone can try it.  I have lots of little tips and I should write a book cause mine are super wacky and creative.  Maybe I will.  ciao peeps

Ok so on sunday I started my first posing practice and did my unveiling for my coaches to see where we are.  So it was my one coaches birthday, and let me explain that as much as I love this man on a friendship and personal basis, when it comes to him being my coach, all you want to do is impress him.  He knows his shit well.  He said to prepare cause he is not nice and he is honest!  Anyways so it was his birthday and he walks in the room and he was like….hell yeah………sin you just gave me the best birthday present ever, cause last night I was a little worried about youur legs……..now, they are your strongest bodypart.  lucky me…….figure shoulders and back are much more important, but I am happy never the less.  He also told my other coach to check out my back….for 7 weeks out I guess it looked real good.  I was happy all in all with my assessment.  The only flaw in my figure they can see if my tummy.  See I have a six pack, veins and all that look amazing, first thing in the morning…then as soon as my cardio is done…….my tummy bloats out and turns into a solid huge mass that rarely goes down the rest of the day.  I have decided it is definitely something to do with my iuntestines cause it is very painful.  I assured them though, that day of the show, if we go for no food or water we will be fine.  I have done it before, and with just a little white rice and boiled chicken I can make it through.  The monent I try and eat a rice cake or heaven for bid I take a bite of a protein bar…..all bets are off and it grows!  It is what it is, and to me it’s really no big deal, so I took a pic of myself this morning for him and showed him how flat my tummy was, and he was like pohew….thank god….hasd me worried!

 

So anyways I am ready for junior nationals, and i look better than I ever have.  I posted a new progress pic, but it looks nothing like how I look.  Thought I would take a more bloated one and fuller, just to throw some people off a bit.  He he…………anyways sweet dreams, and whoever isn’t dieting or coming off a show…….eat some chocolate cake for me.  I haven’t had a single gram of sugar in 18 months.  I haven’t actualy eaten in a restuarant really either unless you include lettuce or steamed broccoli since last july……..I am definitely gonna need this break.  My sisters wedding is the weekend after the usa’s, so you know where your gonna find me………back near the wedding cake and the bar!  Can’t wait!
