ahead of schedule? who me?
Yeah that’s right, I got told yesterday by my coaches that they are worried a little cause I am about 4 weeks ahead of schedule and they are worried i will drop some of my newly acquired muscle. Now if you have read my blog at all, you know I suffer from a very slow thyroid, and not even that, it is hashimoto’s diasease, whoich unlike being hypothyridic>>>i have the worse version cause I got it when I was 6. I have always been on medication and always will…….that aside, I am ahead of schedule on leaning out. That is funny cause I never ever thought that was possible. I am the one who usually has to do 4 hours of cardio just to catch up. Anyways I just wanted to say I feel good, and now I guess I get to be the one who’s worried now about being too hard. I was always envious of them, and now I see from a different perspective it’s just as bad if not worse. Yeah you may look shredded, but your placing may suffer. Anyways I am under 10 weeks out now, and I am thrilled that at least my bodyfat is low. woo hoo

congrats on the achievement
Hope all works out in your favour. I guess your trainers are just trying to look out for your best interests.
Regardless, you know your body the best, you’ll see your changes that you want and all I want to say is well done and best of luck
