Ok so fired a maid that was stealing, changed gyms and am in a very happy and clean gym, met someone, and all in all am loving life. I am even going to go out and have a few cocktails on saturday…I only drink maybe once or twice a year, so I’m gonna do it up. Plus it is my birthday…big 31 so I deserve it. 2009 will hopefully be a big changing year for me. Going to Nationals, buying a home, and really starting to have a soid base of clients. I don’t so much care about relationships, as not one of my biggest goals. First I just wanna get my very first home which I have been saving for, and I want my pro card! Ok so if you don’t know, I live in Newport Beach, where a shack is a milion dollars, so with real estate not doing so well, it is allowing me to get a place that normally I couldn’t afford. That being said, I have saved my ass off, and am buying a house that’s over 500,000! not too bad for a personal trainer!! I tell people…there is a lot of money to be had in this business! You just gotta save since it is a cash business, and if you do that, you wont believe how much you will make. I just take 50% of every check and I deposit it in my savings account. Now it does help that I have no debt, I have no bills, and my parents pay for all my supps and fod. That said, as of 4 months from right now, I will be 100% out in the world by myself, which is what I have been working for! No I am not spoiled……..I moved home because my parenst got sick (mom with breast cancer and father had 2 new hips put in, plus my little brother is handicap and he had 2 new shoulders at the same time)……………and I did once fend for myself. I was a practicing attorney and owned my own law firm and owned a home in NE. Nebraska and here though are two entirely different economical scales, and I couldn’t afford to buy when I moved back, plus I moved back to take care of them.
Ok I gotta stop rambling, but I just come on here to write! Anyways thanks for reading and listening I guess. Night everybody!
