13 DAYS!

OK SO THE COUNTDOWN IS ON, AND i AM READY!  I leave in 11 days for the Big Apple, and I am so ready to get up on out of here!  I went to Venice Gold’s today for posing practice, and I guess my body finally made the big jump down cause my posing coach says I could do it next saturday, I am ready.  I think I need to be a bit tighter, but I went to the Max Muscle show this last week, and the judges definitely were going for a softer look.  I wonder what they will want in New York compared to Orange County.  I am guessing harder, but I am wishing a little soifter as I am not that hard this time. 

 

Ok so diet is just a deplete.  I don’t give my secrets out, but it’s basically very standard with just a few kinks.  Alright so I am exhausted and having way ADD.  I need to shower and get ready cause the fam is in town.  I have to appear like I am fine with going to dinner and sitting there……..and I gotta pretend that all their convos are super interesting when  in the back of my head I am going to be thinking about what I have to do.  Anyways………….I will check in soon.

2 weeks, 4 days and counting

Hey y’all, I am nearing the ned now, and can taste the end…or is that brownies I am dreaming of?  Anyways I look good…..not as shredded as I wanted to come in, but good all the saem.  Plus my comp suits are going to be way fierce.  I am doing those babies up.  I so needed new ones too…..as I was 135 at the show I had the first ones designed for, and now I compete at 150.  wow…….can you believe all in a year?  My coaches were looking at my physique this past weekend and were saying I have done the impossible and the unheard of in one year.  I told them…………when I say I am going to bulk and put on the mass I meant it.  I am a completely different look than last time which is freaking amazing!

 

Anyways I leave in 2 weeks for New York and am staying there a week.  So cannot wait!  I will keep you posted but I am sure no one wants to know what kind of diet I am on or what the hell I am doing but here it is………..egg whites, all freaking day!  a little almond butter, and some broccoli, and basically that is my entire diet.  woopppeee!  only a few more days left and then get to drop the eggs.  can’t wait……….I have had about anough eggs for a lifetime now.

 

So I put my big old moonsuit on now for cardio.  sweatsuit, and sweats, and a beanie……………people at the gym said they will keep paramedics on call for me.  I am a walking zombie but I neeed to drop the weight and this is the best way.  Balls to the wall, all out!

 

Ok I have expended enough energy thinking about this blog.  Time to go back to the gym for round 3, and it is only noon.  I train my ass off!  If there is one thing, I earn my place on that stage!  For anyone reading this, could you imagine having to prepare for a show and be blessed without a thyroid?  well that’s me!  I work against the odds!  I show people where there is a will there is a way!  Muah

I’m getting there.

I am sooooooooo tired and low carbed, but it is all worth it!  I am getting there, and New York is right around the corner.  I am super excited for the trip, and am going all out.  Only the best!  I am a bit of a terror right now though……..a little testy and a little tired.  Little things are getting to me that normally wouldn’t, you know?  But that is normal.

 

I look better than I have in the last 2 competitions and am ready for this season.  Bring it on.  Here’s a pic of me this morning.  My legs have com a long way and with a little more upper body……….i will be happy.  tell me what you all think.

Ok so I am in the home stretch.  I am dieting my ass off, cardio till I drop, and lifting till I scream.  I am bringing this home.  Anyways so I went and got my posing suits today!  I am doing this up!  They are so freaking blingy!  No amateur suits for me!  I wanted the best, and I am having them.  So there!

I am so low carbed right now I can barely type.  Ok I am going to bed, muah

I’m back

Ok so 6 weeks out now.  Crunch time.  It’s all good this time though, cause I have been there before and I know how it goes.  When I am starving (which is always), I need to drink hot tea or read or take a walk.  Oh and really am into giving myself manis right now when I am really neeeding to put something in my mouth.  I am changing everyday though which is amazing.  I love the process!  But let me just say this one loud time……I’m starving!

I do cardio first thing in the morning and right before I go to bed.  With that said, does anyone have any idea how hungry I am when I finish up the cardio in the morning?  That means I haven’t eaten for 10-12 hours and have done cardio twice for an hour each time still without food.  So anyways when I finish up cardio and am thinking to myself food food food, there is always that one nosey woman that appears.  You know you all have her at your gym too.  She may change her looks but she is always the same.  "How did you get your abs like that?, what is your diet like?, but you were so chubby before, How do you lose so much weight so fast, how much have you lost?"  and the list goes on.  So my only answer is………Do I look like I wanna talk right now?  Plus I usualy say something rude like ****n diet.  God!

Ok so am I a little moody today?  Maybe!  You wanna know what my "High" carb diet sonsists of today?  a freaking rice cake and 2 oz of sweet potato.  Not exactly high carb for anyone else.  Oh and then tomorrow I jump back down to No carb……………FUN!

Ok I might sound angry or grumpy, but this is exactly where I can do it.  Now that that is off my chest.  The sun is shining, the birds are chirping, and I am ready for a shower!  Muah to everyone out there!  Hope you enjoy the new blog, sorry I won’t be a stranger for weeks on end anymore.  I’m back
