ok so I have been MIA from writing for the ast 2 weeks.  With all my training, work, and all the other stuff that comes with life, I haven’t had the will in me to write.  Anyways let’s see….what is new?  I am a lot leaner now……..got my abs….although they aren’t fantastic, they are coming in.  Oh and the tummy vein too……….that made my day last week.  Physiquewise I am happy, but not ecstatic.  I put on A LOT of size this time, and have improved sooooo much.  I actualy have rear delts, caps on my shoulders and biceps that have peaks…..but I am not overjoyed….you know?  I wanted more!   Oh well that is why this sport rocks….you just keep improving as long as you train and eat hard.  So anyways it is what it is, and I am gonna rock no matter what. Now that pesky fat needs to dissipate!  Time….I know.  Anuyways I am 7 weeks, 2 days till the show……and I can’t wait.

New York is gona be soooooo fun and crazy I am excited!  I say you should always go out of town to compete…….makes it something to look forward to and work for even more.  I wanna be torn up and shredded when I make my mark on the big apple!

Anyone have any ideas the rules on competing in New York?  or out of state?  do you have to be a resident or what?  I’m doinbg the New York metro if anyone has any info i would love it.  Do I need to buy a house like now?  or can I just visit?  Help people!

Ok I am here, crunch time.  This is when I put my real game face on and tear up the gym and diet.  I cut out all sugar free gum, no equal, no splenda, no crystal light, and I am eating my veggies raw!  I am going all out for this one.  I am not leaving anything up in the air.  it’s all or nothing baby!  If you are reading this and are competing in tall class at the New York Metro, you better be up for the challenge.  I’m bringing it

Ok that aside, I have nothing new to report.  Training is amazing, my abs are kinda coming through nicely, diet is good….no cravings.  I feel great!
