I&#8217;m still little hungry&#8230; No more carbs for the nexts 2 days&#8230; So COFEE this morning! haha</p>

- 3 cups of brocoli (steamed or cooked)</p>
<p>3hr:<br />
- same as 10am<br />
- 1 little jar of fruit baby food (do this only on Thursday)<br />
- 1/3 cup of oatmeal mixed with water (do this only on Friday)</p>
<p>6pm:<br />
- 5oz turkey<br />
- 2 cups of brocoli</p>
<p>8pm:<br />
- 250ml egg whites</p>
<p>**starting on Sunday drink min 4L water every day till Friday&#8230;on Friday<br />
cut down to 3L and no more water after 5pm&#8230;<br />
**Saturday repeat same mealplan as last week but with no baby food and no<br />
oatmeal&#8230;<br />
**Saturday morning don&#8217;t drink water until you&#8217;ve gone on stage and done<br />
prejudging&#8230;immediately after drink approx 1L then sip on water for the<br />
remaining of the day until show is over&#8230;<br />
** one week out take calcium/magnesium every day to prevent cramps</p>

I went a the gym this morning wothout motivation&#8230; did my 30 minutes of cardio and went back at my books&#8230; For my lunch I did 15 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights. Lisa Leblanc was there!! (She win the show last year and she helped me alot for my last show) So glad to see her! She was looking so good! She give me some motivation. 3 weeks before the atlantics last year she went in a resort for 1 weeks. She loose 8 pounds in the last 2 weeks for that show and she win! She beleive in me and she really want me to go at that show&#8230; If shes was able to do it in 2 weeks I CAN do it in 3! lol</p>
<p> Today is my last study day I have to win it and continu for a clean diet for the nexts 3.5 weeks. That will be so toff&#8230; But I have to odo it&#8230;</p>
<p>Meal 1 : 1/2 cup oatmeal, 125 mL Egg Whites, 1tbsp Flax Oil</p>
<p>Meal 2 : 250 mL Egg whites</p>
<p>Lots of diet coke and gum the face in my books</p>
<p>Meal 3 : 4 oz Turkey, 3 oz Sweet Potato, Spinarch and green vegetables</p>
<p>The rest of the day have to be perfect</p>

Im really pround of wath I did in last 4 years but right now its sucks! All the stress from the last exams and project are so hard on me! Im trying to eat right and do alll my trainning but I want my diploma and that my first priority right know&#8230;.</p>
<p>So know I have to eat clean 24/24 and 30 minutes of cardio every day pllus my weights 4 times a week&#8230; Can I sleep sometimes?!?!?! So I really want doing that show&#8230; So for me this place is my motivation! So thanks guys to support me!!</p>
