Today is Day 1:
I started my diet competition + 2 fruits and 2 milk product / day. I’ll fallow that until I reach 131, after that I’ll fallow a lighter diet to loose the last few pounds. I’m trying to get in shape for a photoshoot with my BoyFriend.
Meal 1 : 35g Oatmeal/125mL Egg Whites/150mL Soya Milk/3/4 c Berries/ 1Tbsp Flax Oil
Meal 2: 125 mL Egg Whites/13 g Whey Protein
Meal 3 : 3oz Sweet Potatoes/Turkey Loaf/1 cup Green Beans
Meal 4 : Tuna Can
Meal 5 : Buffalo 4oz + veegies
Cardio : 35 min Elliptique
Meal 6 : 13g protein +200mL Soy Milk + Carrots
