Happy Birhday papa!! ;)

Meal 1 : Oeatmeal/Flax Oil/Egg Whites/berries-banana-apple (hum.. a little to much)

Meal 2 : 4 egg whites

Meal 3 : Turkey Loaf/hummus/cucumber

Meal 4 : Tuna Salad

Meal 5 : Tilapia / Green Bean+ Choufleur/ little piece of my father cake

Cardio : 30min elliptique

Meal 6 : Yogourt + Turkey Loaf + Almond Butter

Day 2

Yesterday was a really good day.. maybe a little to much carrot and few frech rasberry (can’t resist - still healtly!) but can be worst….

Meal 1 : 30g Red River cereal/13g whey protein banana/ 1/2c bblueberries/8g Flax Oil / 150mL Soy Milk

Meal 2 : 2 cup cooked veggies with olive oil

Meal 3 : Bufflalo burger/fat free cheese/veggies

Meal 4 : Tuna / Cucumber

Meal 5 : Scallop/shrimps with veggies with litle olive oil + Apple

Meal 6 : Protein Bar

Workout : Lower Body + Shoulders 30min elliptical

Today is Day 1:

I started my diet competition + 2 fruits and 2 milk product / day. I’ll fallow that until I reach 131, after that I’ll fallow a lighter diet to loose the last few pounds. I’m trying to get in shape for a photoshoot with my BoyFriend.

 Meal 1 : 35g Oatmeal/125mL Egg Whites/150mL Soya Milk/3/4 c Berries/ 1Tbsp Flax Oil

Meal 2: 125 mL Egg Whites/13 g Whey Protein

Meal 3 : 3oz Sweet Potatoes/Turkey Loaf/1 cup Green Beans

Meal 4 : Tuna Can

Meal 5 : Buffalo 4oz + veegies

Cardio : 35 min Elliptique

Meal 6 : 13g protein +200mL Soy Milk + Carrots

Gettin better.. but still have to improve

hi… Ok that’s my first week after my vacation. That was a tough one.. I miss my boyfriend I’m dont feel to work.. but I dont’ really have more choices… Burk… Pretty good week of diet and trainning dureing the week but the weekend wasn’t really perfect… I decides to not scale myself for a while… Its to depressing righ now… I hate to see this 138 burk.. I feel mad after that. I’m not fat but fit are tight and that’s not a good feeling.

 My boyfriend saw our trainer and he start dieting for the provincial in 3 weeks. Lucky him! We decided to do a photoshoot before so I have to get in shape for that. I have 12 weeks to loose 20 pounds. I can do it but I have to stick on my diet… that’s so hard for me! Why?!?! AGRRR

Back from vacation….

Oufff… that was nice but i ate way to much. Im back from one week vacation from St-Pierre et Miquelon (Where my boy friend come from) We ate so much! I allow myself a lot of unhealty stuff. Today Im back on track. I weight 137 this morning. I was 134 the morning of my flight. Maybe 1 pounds is water but I try to get my diet cleanest as possible for the nexts weeks.

Breakfast : Oeatmeal,Egg White, Berries, Flax Oil and a green tea

Snack : Yogourt , Banana

Lunch : Popcorn, turkey salad

Dinner : Chicken Salad and bread

PM snack : Can of tuna

First day at work.. Woke up at 6 :15… No more time for my cardio in morning :S Dont know yet maby i’ll try to wake up at 5 :30 and doing a fast jogg… Anyway nothing to do the evenign. I know no one yet in this town..

Meal 1 :

125 mL Egg Whites

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/3 cup rasberries

Meal 2 :

1 slice Pavot seed bread

Chocolat … :(

Meal 3

4oz chicken brewast

1/3 cup rice converted

Salad with tomato

Meal 4 :

1 whole egg

50g yogourt

Meal 5 :

4oz chicken breast

Salad at St-Hubert

Meal 6 :

125 mL Egg whites

12 g whey protein

1 cherry

Good Day expept for the pavot bread (more like a cake) and the chocolat
