Damn Cheat
When my trainner weight at 128 i was so proud!!… But I was so craving!… :S I dont know why… Stress, excitement… i dont know and I got bad food… That’s so hard sometimes… I wasnt able to control myself… This morning im not really proud of me but I know i will have to do more cardio nexts days… I don’t need that stress during my examen session… well thats happened but i have to be much more carefull.. Im at 4.5 weeks out… No more excuses…

It’s ok to cheat every once in a while. Just take it in moderation and you’ll be fine. Don’t stress about it! You look great by the way.
