Hey! Im pround of me this morning!! I loose 2 pounds this week!! I got a talk from my trainner monday… If I want to compete have have to be more strickt with my diet and do more cardio…. So for the next 6 weeks….
6h00 - WakeUp
7h00 - Weights + 30 min Cardio
8h00 First Meal
8h30 SCHOOL!!! AGRRR 2 more weeks!!!
STUDY ALL DAY!!!
9h00 30 minutes
11h00 Sleep
So that my life for the next 3 weeks! After that the school finished so it will be more easier! Until then Study, Gym and eat!!! But it worth it!!!

I was 118 on stage (DRY) but I think I gained some muscle… I hope be 120 but RIPPED!

Best Wishes…my best look (’06 USA Champs) I managed 119.5 RIPPED. All other appearances were too SKINNY…avg 112-116 dry. Again….best wishes! ~Dawn Melanie
