  Workouts are shot for this week looks like. I spent last 2 days just outside of houston. My buddy and I took some supplys to a retirement center down there hit by Ike. Now I get back and cant even hold a cup a coffee with my left arm. Doc said severe tendonitus and found a cyst between my shoulders he is gonna remove thurs. Dangit there is always something lol!! Looks like a major cardio week huh!!
