			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was right.&nbsp; I had more energy going into todays work-out.&nbsp; The weekend was good for lifting my overall attitude toward working out.&nbsp; Even though I took yesterday off I still was active and surrounded myself with very positive, supporting people.&nbsp; I had a minor personal&#8230; ummmm&#8230;. well, a puzzle that makes you go hmmmmmm, I don&#8217;t get it.&nbsp; But it was just that, nothing to keep the positive energy down.&nbsp; Today was core day.&nbsp; Yoga, crunches with and without a medicine ball and plate.&nbsp; Superman and balance drills.&nbsp; I&#8217;m going to be sore but hopefully my supplements will help recovery.&nbsp; Ciao!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I took off late Saturday to Santa Cruz with a friend.&nbsp; Met a few other friends there and had a fantastic time.&nbsp; I promised myself I&#8217;d have a down day and enjoy a few cocktails, naughty foods and stuff I shouldn&#8217;t do.&nbsp; I actually did some of that but I also had a ton of energy.&nbsp; I wound up taking a long walk in the sand last night which was gorgeous.&nbsp; Ended at a beach bon fire and slept like an angel.&nbsp; Woke earlier than normal feeling great.&nbsp; Hit the beach boardwalk for a bike ride then spent the rest of the day swimming and skim boarding.&nbsp; I think I got more of a work-out than I thought I would.&nbsp; It&#8217;s great because my body craved healthy foods, so I listened and kept it fueled with good stuff.&nbsp; I feel great!&nbsp; Looking forward to my photo shoot this coming weekend.&nbsp; I&#8217;m not looking forward to returning the calls from my agent.. he&#8217;s a bit of a pain but I can deal with him.&nbsp; Love weekends like that.&nbsp; They set the week up with positive energy!&nbsp; Here&#8217;s to a disciplined, focused and new week ahead!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today had to be one of my best work-out days in a long time.&nbsp; I started with a swim, approximately 1000 meters.&nbsp; Then I met with a friend who happens to be a talent agent and fitness modeling agent and received a few ideas, tips&#8230;&nbsp; Hit the bike for about 25 miles then was coaxed into an ab workout by my best friend, coworker and part-time pro-surfer (she&#8217;s a great inspiration and even better friend).&nbsp; That was a killer but I made it through and actually won a mini bet with her.&nbsp; So now it&#8217;s off to the beach to have some me time and fun for the rest of the weekend.&nbsp; Hey, all work and no play is no fun!!

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Starting the day with something, anything to get the blood flowing sets the stage for the rest of the day.&nbsp; I&#8217;m committed to that thought.&nbsp; Today I woke and went for a long swim followed by yoga.&nbsp; It put my mind in a great place ready for the day.&nbsp; I&#8217;m going through something of a change so discipline to this process is going to be important.&nbsp; Later today I plan on lifting with my new personal trainer.&nbsp; He comes with good recommendations so let&#8217;s hope it goes as I hope.&nbsp; I&#8217;ve planned a photo shoot for the 6th - 8th so I want to be ready.&nbsp; Depending on how they come out I will post some and use them professionally.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>So far on this site I&#8217;ve met some beautiful, sexy people.&nbsp; Some could become friends.&nbsp; Looks like a good start!!
