First training session

I learned a lot about technique, mainly that I need work on mine.  The first session with this trainer was wonderful.  He was very understanding that I’m a newbie but have the desire.  We worked upper body and abs but only used light weights with focus on technique.  I can feel the blood flowing through my body in a way that makes me feel good.  This is going to be a great investment in time and money.

    It definitely is a great investment of time and money. A few years or even a few months down the line you see why its worth every bit of it. Good luck at reaching your goals. Careful, its addicting!
