Jesus Christ i started the tremendous pleasure workout from Istvan Javorek. I did it about two years ago right before I had to stop lifting. I felt so much stronger afterwards. I forgot how much of an ass kicker this workout is. Didnt really fair to well on the hill sprints. Lost my breakfast on the way down the hill after running up backwards. Squats were a joke today. My legs literally felt like they were going to peel like a banana. Hopefully another few weeks and I can start bumping up the weight.

I haven’t consistently ever worked out in the morning before. When I used to supervise the weight room in college i did from time to time but never for an extended period of time on a regular schedule. I’m on my third week now of four day a week morning workouts. I have to say, although its a little rough waking up a little earlier so I can eat and digest before leaving, I love it. I get in and get out must faster because there’s much less people there. I think its much easier to time food for the rest of the day when I’m done lifting early. Most importantly I feel extremely strong in the morning, and I walk around the rest of the day like I’ve really accomplished something. Just thought I’d share that with you all. Now time to devour some serious egg whites!!!
