Back on the Power Thrash Javorek Style
Monday, October 13th, 2008Jesus Christ i started the tremendous pleasure workout from Istvan Javorek. I did it about two years ago right before I had to stop lifting. I felt so much stronger afterwards. I forgot how much of an ass kicker this workout is. Didnt really fair to well on the hill sprints. Lost my breakfast on the way down the hill after running up backwards. Squats were a joke today. My legs literally felt like they were going to peel like a banana. Hopefully another few weeks and I can start bumping up the weight.
