Heavy lifting in the AM
I haven’t consistently ever worked out in the morning before. When I used to supervise the weight room in college i did from time to time but never for an extended period of time on a regular schedule. I’m on my third week now of four day a week morning workouts. I have to say, although its a little rough waking up a little earlier so I can eat and digest before leaving, I love it. I get in and get out must faster because there’s much less people there. I think its much easier to time food for the rest of the day when I’m done lifting early. Most importantly I feel extremely strong in the morning, and I walk around the rest of the day like I’ve really accomplished something. Just thought I’d share that with you all. Now time to devour some serious egg whites!!!
