<p>My bb.com order arrived today with some Dedicated Woman protein powder, strawberry bliss flavor (Mmmmmmmmmm), &amp; a sample of Xtend. I always mix my protein shakes with water to keep carbs &amp; calories low, so if you do the same and you&#8217;re looking for a great tasting protein try one from Dedicated Woman range because it&#8217;s delicious &amp; taste like it has been mixed with milk!!</p>
<p>I tried Xtend today &amp; wow, the reviews of this stuff are right! I could really feel it working and had an awesome workout, although I had a couple of coffees during the day so I was pretty wired in the afternoon. Well it&#8217;s been awhile since I&#8217;ve written a blog! Uni has been hectic this week with a big presentation on Thursday, but luckily there&#8217;s only a month left for this year. I am testing a new diet approach which is evident in my food log - it&#8217;s working out great for me.</p>
<p>Went to watch the NZ bodybuilding champs, very inspiring however I&#8217;m now pretty confused which class I want to compete in! Figure, body shape or bikini?? I guess I&#8217;ll have to see once I lean out.
