Snack-aholics!
Friday, August 28th, 2009Sometimes we find ourselves snacking in between meals, I find it’s mostly when I’m study or am at the movies! Sometimes I reach for carb dense foods like bread (ok mostly bread!), so have created this list of foods to snack on freely on my diet which are super low in calories
- Broccoli
- Cabbage
- Cauliflower
- Celery
- Cucumber
- Lettuce
- Mushrooms
Drinks:
- Water!! add lemon sometimes for a bit of flavour.
- Tea with stevia
- Decaf coffee with stevia
