Wednesday! 29th Oct

  1. Oats, berries, nuts& seeds, egg whites, instant coffee
  2. Milk, nut butter, fruit
  3. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit, Xtend (pre-workout)
  4. 5 pieces sushi
  5. Flat white, nut butter, fruit
  6. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit
  7. Chicken, beans, baby carrots, spinach, olive oil
  8. Apple, protein shake

Sleep: 7.5hrs
Exercise: 20mins elliptical arc, back & biceps

My bb.com order arrived today with some Dedicated Woman protein powder, strawberry bliss flavor (Mmmmmmmmmm), & a sample of Xtend. I always mix my protein shakes with water to keep carbs & calories low, so if you do the same and you’re looking for a great tasting protein try one from Dedicated Woman range because it’s delicious & taste like it has been mixed with milk!!

I tried Xtend today & wow, the reviews of this stuff are right! I could really feel it working and had an awesome workout, although I had a couple of coffees during the day so I was pretty wired in the afternoon. More pictures coming soon… :)
