I had an awesome training day today, & I tried a new elliptical in the gym which allows a lot of movement & makes me sweat as much as running!
My legs… working towards leaning up my thighs through proper nutrition, cardio & plyos.

Very nice progress–especially noticeable on the calves. Not sure if I could handle that meager of a diet though, haha.

Wow, you have a very solid muscle foundation and great shape. You definitely better be competing this next year!
