Wednesday, 22 October…

  1. Oats, berries, seeds, egg whites
  2. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit
  3. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit
  4. 5 pieces sushi
  5. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit
  6. Protein shake, nut butter, fruit
  7. Chicken, beans, baby carrots, bok choy, olive oil
  8. Apple

Sleep: 6.5hrs
Exercise: Shoulders, abs, 20 min run.

I had a night time exam which I was nervous for the entire day, so staying on track wasn’t too easy for me! But I made it through the day, had an awesome workout, and am 1 exam down, yipee!! :)

    What type of diet is this? Are you trying to gain or cut?

    Heya, im cutting, all are small quantity meals, 2, 3, 5 & 6 are very small quantities i.e. 1/2 scoop of protein in water. Regular to keep metabolism high.
