Well it’s been awhile since I’ve written a blog! Uni has been hectic this week with a big presentation on Thursday, but luckily there’s only a month left for this year. I am testing a new diet approach which is evident in my food log - it’s working out great for me.
Went to watch the NZ bodybuilding champs, very inspiring however I’m now pretty confused which class I want to compete in! Figure, body shape or bikini?? I guess I’ll have to see once I lean out.

wow….eating 9 meals a day. Maybe that’s too much? i dono….It seems too frequent to me and I would have to constantly keep track of meal time.
Anyway, looks like you are in a high protein diet. Be careful not to over do it. Cause your body can only obsorb so much in a day and the extra would be wasted.
To your last question, let’s go for bikini…..simply I want to see it

Heya - it’s actually not as much protein as I was having before! My servings are really small, for example every shake is only 50cal. So it’s pretty easy and eating every 2hrs keeps my energy high and I’m not hungry.
Bikini aye - I’m not sure that’s a good enough justification!
