- 1 scoop protein, orange, 1 Tbsp nut butter.
- 5 pieces sushi, chicken & salmon.
- 1 scoop protein, apple, 1T nut butter.
- 180g FR chicken, 1C (frozen) stir fry fibrous veges, 1C (frozen) green beans, cabbage, 1T olive oil.
- Apple, protein shake.

Exercise: 20mins elliptical, abs & shoulders
