Tuesday, 06/10/09

  1. 1/3C Oats, 1T nut/flax seed mix, 1/2C berries, 1/2 scoop protein.
  2. 1 scoop protein, orange, 1 Tbsp nut butter.
  3. 5 pieces sushi, chicken & salmon.
  4. 1 scoop protein, apple, 1T nut butter.
  5. 180g FR chicken, 1C (frozen) stir fry fibrous veges, 1C (frozen) green beans, cabbage, 1T olive oil.
  6. Apple, protein shake.
  7. Apple

Sleep: 7hrs
Exercise: 20mins elliptical, abs & shoulders
