My short term goal for the last 2 weeks was to lose 10 pds, well I ended up losing 12 pds. I have been working out like a mad man and working everyday on a clean diet.
I just got my first order of HGH in the mail, my first time using something like this so I will keep blogging about my thoughts on it.
10 more pounds and 2 weeks!! Im on my way!

Chest and Tri’s Day
Chest:
Flat Bench Press: 3 x 10 @ 225 pds
Decline Bench Press: 1 x 10 @ 185 pds
1 x 10 @ 205 pds
1 x 7 @ 225 pds
Incline Bench: 3 x 10 @ 185 pds
Hammers: 2 x 20 @ 180 pds
Triceps:
Ropes: 3 x 10 @ 100 pds
Straight Bar push down: 3 x 10 @ 120 pds
Cardio: 45 minutes on the Elliptical Crosstrainer
I then sat in the steam room for 12 minutes and sauna for another 12…I was feeling good then!
Back, Biceps, and shoulders tomorrow!!

I went 2 days hard and today was my off day. I worked the majority of the day on busy work stuff and then in the evening went to check out Rush Fitness which is a 24hr gym here in Tennessee..it was really cool but the sales people were like sharks and they tried to get me to commit to some 3 year contract that was crazy. I ended up taking advantage of the steam room and sauna and then heading home for the evening. I got a month pass, so I will be shreading it up there….
Tomorrow is chest and tri’s again

Today has been a good day. I was pretty sore this morning, but I woke up at a good hour and got a nice head start on my day.
Shoulders, Biceps, Back
I burned out each body part with 4 different excersises at 12-15 reps per. I felt really good and got my heart rate going really well. I then did the treadmill for 40 minutes.
Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs
3 glasses of water
1 cup of coffee
*Protein shake (mixed with water)*
Lunch: Baked Chicken
2 glasses of unsweetened tea
Dinner: Spare ribs
*First night of college football GO SEC!!*
Overall, I feel great and I am really working hard!!

Incline Bench: 5 x 12 @ 170pds
Close Grip Bench: 3 x 21 @ 145pds
Kick Backs: 3 x 12 @ 25pd dumbell
*This may not seem a lot but I was I dead after this*
Cardio: 40 minutes on the treadmill
Abs: 300 Crunches
11:30am Lunch: Omelete Meat & Cheese
3 Glasses of Water
2 Cups of Coffee
3:30pm Protein Shake w/water (no milk)
4 Glasses of Water
7:45 Dinner: Subway Wrap
4 Glasses of Water
2 Glasses of Sugar Free Lemonade
Night Time: Medium Cup of Sugar Free Frozen yogurt
It was a tough day because last night I was on the road till 4am. I got up late. Tomorrow I will get up earlier and work on my diet more. Tomorrow is Shoulders, Back, and Biceps.

Today is the first day of my new life. I am tired of being overweight and out of shape. I cant wait to progress on this and move forward with my gains.
