			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>i was out last night and i started talking to this body builder and i was telling him about my strength increase and weight loss and we ended up talking for awhile.&nbsp; We talked about the 300 workout and i really want to try that&#8230;.he told me about his chest workout where he 12 sets of 12 at 205pds&#8230;..I was in awe of this so I decide to try the same amount of reps at 185pds&#8230;.I finished it but I was dead&#8230;.I took my NO explode before the workout and I dranke the Leucimine during but it was a huge burn&#8230;.I want to be benching 400 by Christmas&#8230;so I am working hard!
