i started with no explode, and nitrix, and then changed to muscle tech, no vapor, and i think it sucks really, and then someone recommend me size on-creatine, and is good, but not as good as bsn no explode, the first time i used in one month of hard trainning, i gain 13 pounds, of lean muscle, and im almost done with the size on, from gaspari nutrition, and i just bought me no exlode again, the best product out there for now, if you train hard, you ll see results, i ll have some pictures soon.

Be sure to have a good breakfast as well, something with alot of whole grain complex carbs. It will help keep your sugar levels constant longer and will help avoid those temptations to cheat. I'd start with a protein shake in the morning as well to kick your body out of its catabolic state. Eventually, add one for the night time too.

My only other advice is to watch the cheese (use fat free if possible), and make sure the Subway wrap doesn't have any kind of sauce, it is sure to have alot of calories this way.

As far as supplements go, look into CLA and a multivitamin, with creatine to follow soon.

Looking good though!
