NO Explode is unreal!!!

I have never experienced energy at these levels…1 scoop and I am jumping out of my seat.  I know a lot of people are like dang you just found this stuff….I was always the guy that didnt believe in supplements and thought they were a waste of money…this stuff has changed my mind!

Today I am traveling from my tennessee home back to my florida home ….before I get on the road though I am going to do 12 X 12 workout again with biceps and shoulders emphasized…I have been using this NO explode and it literally puts me on fire…I love the rush from it…

rest day

I feel like a run away train hit me today!  Ive been doing heavy reps and eaing clean and drank over a gallon of water yesterday…but wow I havent felt like this since 2 -a-days in football…lol…

I like it though it feels good to know I am pushing my body to new limits….I am going to try and do some light cardio today just to get my blood flowing….

i was out last night and i started talking to this body builder and i was telling him about my strength increase and weight loss and we ended up talking for awhile.  We talked about the 300 workout and i really want to try that….he told me about his chest workout where he 12 sets of 12 at 205pds…..I was in awe of this so I decide to try the same amount of reps at 185pds….I finished it but I was dead….I took my NO explode before the workout and I dranke the Leucimine during but it was a huge burn….I want to be benching 400 by Christmas…so I am working hard!

So I slacked off on bodyspace for a week but stuck to my routine and lost the weight.  Its hard when im on the road and in hotels eating nast restaraunt food…Im doing my best to keep it clean but even the salads seem unhealthy…Ive lost 23 pounds since I started this bodyspace thing and my strength has come back as well…thanks for the supports from my friends on here!

chest and tri’s day!

I did the 7am workout this morning and I burned my chest and tri’s…Im experiencing some huge gains in my bench press…265pds x12 (flat bench)  

Im feeling great and cant wait for my next weigh in date…Ive been playing tennis in the evenings instead of watching tv and that has helped a whole lot…so I highly recommend tennis to anyone!

blah day!

I rained all day today.  I got up early again and was very sore…dragged through a chest workout…good thing is I did 4 x 10 at 225pds on flat bench, so Im seeing some serious gains in my upperbody strength.  I did the steam room sauna deal and played basketball…

staying active is key but today was the first day I have felt fatigued in awhile…I gotta stay strong!!

Up Early

Monday, September 17th, 2007

I did the 5 am deal this morning.  I was suprised to see a line at the gym door for people waiting to get into the gym when it openned.  The majority of the people were elderly but that still was quite impressive to me.

I did Back, Shoulders and Biceps.  I lifted for 70 minutes and than ran a mile.  I also played tennis for 2 hours, so this cardio business has been strong…

All week I will do the morning workouts and I will blog my weight loss results.

Start of a new week!

Its sunday night and I just finished a really nice weekend here in florida.  My Gators beat the Vols on saturday, and I stayed really strong with my diet and cardio activity as well….this week I am going to try working out at 5:45 am everyday and see what kind of gains I can make towards my goals….

time to goto work…Im gonna hit hard this week@
