rest day
I feel like a run away train hit me today! Ive been doing heavy reps and eaing clean and drank over a gallon of water yesterday…but wow I havent felt like this since 2 -a-days in football…lol…
I like it though it feels good to know I am pushing my body to new limits….I am going to try and do some light cardio today just to get my blood flowing….
