reps
i was out last night and i started talking to this body builder and i was telling him about my strength increase and weight loss and we ended up talking for awhile. We talked about the 300 workout and i really want to try that….he told me about his chest workout where he 12 sets of 12 at 205pds…..I was in awe of this so I decide to try the same amount of reps at 185pds….I finished it but I was dead….I took my NO explode before the workout and I dranke the Leucimine during but it was a huge burn….I want to be benching 400 by Christmas…so I am working hard!

Awesome, I’m trying to hit 350 lbs by christmas . . . 400 lbs would be freakin out there. If your doing 185 12×12, what is your Max? How do you go about increasing?

my max right now is 355pds….I feel like I can get more right now….but I did the 12×12 185 yesterday and today I feel beat up! haha…but its good though….I do alot of tricep work, Decline and Incline chest work…I switch in dumbells everyother week as well….
