blah day!
I rained all day today. I got up early again and was very sore…dragged through a chest workout…good thing is I did 4 x 10 at 225pds on flat bench, so Im seeing some serious gains in my upperbody strength. I did the steam room sauna deal and played basketball…
staying active is key but today was the first day I have felt fatigued in awhile…I gotta stay strong!!
