Up Early
I did the 5 am deal this morning. I was suprised to see a line at the gym door for people waiting to get into the gym when it openned. The majority of the people were elderly but that still was quite impressive to me.
I did Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I lifted for 70 minutes and than ran a mile. I also played tennis for 2 hours, so this cardio business has been strong…
All week I will do the morning workouts and I will blog my weight loss results.
