<p>                  I&#8217;ve just had a reassessment at my gym, and i&#8217;ve found that i have some how managed to climb from 15.3% BF up to 17.7%?? I&#8217;m not sure if the scales at the gym are broken but it dosen&#8217;t seem rite to me.
