Assessment

Hi everyone.

                  I’ve just had a reassessment at my gym, and i’ve found that i have some how managed to climb from 15.3% BF up to 17.7%?? I’m not sure if the scales at the gym are broken but it dosen’t seem rite to me. If someone could pm me a diet plan for cutting so i can see what i’m doing wrong with my diet, that would be great.
