Here is my current cardio.
I do intervals. 1 Min on, 1 min walk. around 8 -10 on. 3-3.5 off. i do that until a mile is done. Then I crank the incline all the way up and walk it out for the rest of 20 min. Do that 3 times a week right now. As far as diet… I’m working on getting it stricter but:
Wakeup - cellmass
3 eggs, 1/2 C oatmeal w/ honey
later-shake/banana
Lunch- salad/turkey sandwich or some lean meat and whole grain bread
Workout-some type of preworkout drink. I try new kinds all the time. Not really impressed with any off them anymore except one I found called Muscle Rush. great stuff!
PostWorkout- Cellmass
Then protein shake
Dinner-salad/Lean meat/brocolli or some greens/rice or potatoes.

I need to eat more if I want to grow. I know!
