Countdown to 40!
Ok so I woke up extremely early this morning in a cold sweat. I had a dream about getting old and it really got to me. I consider myself to be young at heart. I train twice a day and altogether am not a serious guy except when it comes to family matters. But, turnining 40 has made me realize maybe I should grow up a little. What does that mean? I have no Idea! I already dont drink, I rarely eat garbage and I only hang out with my wife and kids. Who knows. I guess I am more worried about looking my age. Once again what does my age look like. In this world 40 looks great! On the outside world it is pretty scary looking. I was watching a movie with Will Ferrell Who was a classmate of mine in High School and I could not believe how OLD he looked! I am just feeling wierd and I am venting! Thanks for reading!

I don’t think you have anything to worry about, I will be 40 in August also. Scary thinking back and even scarier thinking forward. Guess you just have to enjoy the now. You look great!
