Well lastnight i went to the gym..didnt feel my woorkout like i should..ki think its because i didnt have enough meals during the day so my energy level was low..it didnt get as good pump but i was able to move some good stimulating weight anyway….here is a samoe of what i did >>> Smith Barbell Presses i went up to 315 for 6, Side lateral Raises 45,50,55lbs with a few other movements maybe a total of 5 for my shoulders. ooohh i did some calves also…i did the donkey calf raises,standing calf raises,seated calf raises and finally the leg press lying raises.
I was beat up…my energy was soo low…i think i need to get back on my weight gainers..i aint getting enough calories in.
