so i plan on eating tuna for lunch and need some thoughts on how to spice it up some, dont want to eat the typical tuna salad because of the high fat mayo but open to some ideas
My goals are to loose weight and currently i dont eat breakfast if i do its something out of a vending machine. I am curious if a protein shake would be a proper breakfast, note i dont work out till after 5 pm so now sure how that plays in or if it does at all.
I have been out of it for a long while and just depressed and thought about ending it all a couple times. I am back and decided to not let my weight control my emotions but instead I am in charge of both my emotions and my weight. I am looking for some help on coming up with an all out attack nutrition and workout to burn fat and maintain current muscle. I am begging for help here.

My back doctor tells me I need to lay off the heavy lifting for the next couple months and I dont want to loose the muscle I have now but I do want to burn fat. I need help please.
