so i plan on eating tuna for lunch and need some thoughts on how to spice it up some, dont want to eat the typical tuna salad because of the high fat mayo but open to some ideas

Chop up assorted colors of peppers, onion, carrots, broccoli and any other veggies that you like. If you are not adverse to some healthy fats, mix in a touch (and I mean a touch lol of olive oil.
