Monday and Friday are my lifting days and I would like to do some total body workouts, any help on making some routines would be appreciated.

If your gym has a circuit training area, use it and start on the first machine and work through them all for at least 2 rounds. Try to use low to medium weight for high reps. Don’t rest much longer than it takes you to move from one machine to the next and set it up. Use it for strength, but mostly for cardio. If you don’t have circuit training available, use other equipment and do one exercise for each muscle group, Quads, hams, calves, abs, shoulders, back(maybe 1 upper and one lower), lats, bis, tris, etc. Still go fairly light on weight, high reps to exhaustion, and do at least two circuits. This will raise your heart rate for at least 30 minutes and burn good calories. By exhausting the muscle, you will get fat burn after leaving the gym.
