yesterday due to tornadoes in the area all the gyms where closed after work, so I walked around downtown in the rain for a little while not high intensity unless you call getting hit in the head with hail high intensity. Today (day 2) I woke up and half the power in my house is down and no fuses are blown how that happens boggles my mind but I got dressed and went to my favorite organic food place and had
BREAKFAST:
Mediterranean Scrambler eggs or tofu scrambled with peppers, onions, spinach and tomato, topped with feta I drank a glass of water.
I plan on going there for lunch too and having a salad or something. Everything they have is heart friendly. Or I may go have a turkey sandwich somewhere like subway or something. In case you cant tell I hate to cook and prepare food. Maybe because nobody has ever shown me how to prepare anything it has always been eat out or tv dinner.
Dinner I am going to have some chicken breast and broccoli. Snack wize I havnt prepared for that yet things have been pretty hectic. Tonight I am going to use my resistance bands I got for Christmas and make a workout out of them. This is what I am thinking.
pushups-to failure
biceps- 15 reps each arm with medium resistant
cardio movement(jumping jack, jog in place)1 minute
shoulder over head press with resistant bands-failure
lateral raises- light band 15 reps
cardio movement-1 minute
lunges in place-20 each leg
shoulder cirles- 1 minute each way.. forward, backward, up and down
cardio movement-1 minute
tricep pulldown.. hang the band on something.. do pull downs for your triceps- 15 reps each arm
cardio movement- 1 minute
situps- 1 minute
leg raises- L’s)-1 minute
go through this routine 2 times.. should take you about 30 minutes
Well that is my day planned lets hope I can do it all.
