Sushi 4 protein…huh?
Alright. I need some input from all you great people out there. So currently my protein staple is either organic chicken, turkey, or wild caught fish–expensive but worth it. No beef, no pork, no shrimp, nada. If you do some research, you can find out why pork is not a good ‘white’ meat. Anyways, I was wanting to add some other types of protein source to the table, and thought about sushi. I know raw fish is better than cooked since its full of enzymes, plus, I love me a spicy tuna roll lol. I know I would have to ditch the white rice. Anyone got any thoughts, experience, or ideas on it. Thanks guys ;)
