not sure if theres any improvements in a month but the only pics i can compare is the back/traps pic i uploaded….
i feel and know that ive gotten leaner and in person in the mirror, i seem wider but by the pics im not too sure..
any comments? btw, my goal of reaching 165lbs have obviously not been successful, alot of it i contribute to working in the military with lack of actual nutritional food, ive been consistent with eating healthy but eating 5x a day is definitely the downfall…
anyways, any comments, suggestions, or especially supplement recommendations welcome!

so ive gotten leaner (feeling leaner too) since using the evo stack….
but im still working on my abs, but since im trying to gain mass, not doing cardio at all…
but thats gonna change now, ’cause military runs every morning so basically i should see my abs probably by late june or early july…

this sucks, as the subject says, got training i gotta go to with the military so ill be m.i.a. at both the gym and online!
hopefully a 2 week break can help my body recover, i know for sure ill be pumped when i get back so thats a good side of it, i guess…

seems like every week im gaining 2lbs slowly…but hey, its awesome! and i gotta say..cell-tech hardcore works…
i can’t say how it works in terms of science but ive noticed a dramatic increase in weights lifted compared to my past history, i definitely can lift a lot more than usual..i contribute it to both MUSCLEMILK as well as CELL TECH HARDCORE…!!
just a shame i gotta stall my workout in mid february due to military job requirements, i gotta attend a course that requires me no access to computer and gym for 2 weeks…
but hey, im gonna be pumped when i come back from that though to return to the gym!
my next post will be when i hit 160+..so expect it……SOOON! :OD

how sweet is that! i gained 5 lbs in 3 weeks..in case u didnt know, i weighed 150 (off and on) with flutuations of 2lbs increase/decrease regularly due to my high metabolism but thanks to the new program and musclemilk, ive gained 5lbs of what i believe to be muscle!
my goal is still to weigh about 165-170…. nothing a couple of more months wont do!
ill post some new progress pics in about a month or two…k, cya all!

for my new program: go to Jay Cutler’s website under fitness and go to beginners routine…
yes, i know im way smaller than Jay (given) but his workout IS hardcore..even the beginners, then again im not really a pro or even a novice so beginner is a great start…not to mention im recovering still from my wrist injury…
well, ill keep u all updated on my workout, its definitely harder than what im used to which is awesome! ..k tty all later!

so… kinda stinks right now, i havent been able to continue with my program, let alone start one due to a wrist sprain (possible sprain or strain…never checked with doctor)…
either way, i havent been going to the gym ’cause it hurts but since i have to start my new program in jan. im going to go anyways… so you’ll all see my progress (hopefully) with the new program im trying to start and hopefully with a couple of wrist wrapping ill be able to suck up the pain and work out through it…
any suggestions on how i can fix my wrist is appreciated! ive tried icing and heating..also i got the injury from bench pressing, if it wasnt my wrist it wouldve been my chest which wouldve been worse…
well, thats it from me..
