Hi all… It’s been a good strength week this week. Carbs have been doin me good dis week, as I’ve been hittin PR’s all week.. 50lb DB Preacher curls for 4 reps!!! 120lb Bench Press for 8 reps!!! I feel great! Next week starts fat loss/no carbs… the rotation begins once more.. UGH!!
I’m definitely much leaner… so it’s working! I WILL be SHREDDED!!!
