Week of 4/9
I start Week "C" this week. It’s a mix of strength and fat burning training, with moderate carbs (2 out of 6 meals with carbs). Yea, it sucks, but it’s better than no carbs at all! LOL! The training goes quick. I didn’t think my legs would be sore from yesterday’s leg workout.. but they’re tender. I DID enjoy some holiday food yesterday too…. feelin the after effects today and ready to get back at it!
