I started to use animal pump. i know some people talk down on it and some people talk really highlely of it so i though i would give it a try. Well it seem to be working for me, today i did bi, and tri and i could not put my arms down to my side straght. When i got home from the gym i had to mesuare my arms, and what do you know i blew past old peek on my arms and hit a new high i know it dont sound like much for some people but i finaley hit 12 in on my arms. Well i got to go get some protine in to my system so to every one have a great.</p>
