I know I haven’t posted ant thing new lately, yes I been really busy with getting collage stuff around and lifting of cores. I am hoping to possible having a new vid up soon and some new pictures up. I been lifting really hard lately and I am defiantly starting to see some changes. I will also have some pictures up of some of my buddies that I lift with. Keep in touch every on I am sill around. Well i got graduation on wed, i am kinda nurvas kinda happy. Well after this week is over i am taking abreak off from lifting for a while becosue i am going on a vacation after school gets out for me. Hope you can wish me luck with my graduation on wed becouse it is going to be a big step in my life. Guess that is it for now, thanks Adam

hey every one today I started useing a new supplement. I started to use animal pump. i know some people talk down on it and some people talk really highlely of it so i though i would give it a try. Well it seem to be working for me, today i did bi, and tri and i could not put my arms down to my side straght. When i got home from the gym i had to mesuare my arms, and what do you know i blew past old peek on my arms and hit a new high i know it dont sound like much for some people but i finaley hit 12 in on my arms. Well i got to go get some protine in to my system so to every one have a great.

Well my show in 3 weeks, and I am getting really pumped up I got my music picked out I got my posing routing, and mandatory poses down, so I am hoping to go in to the show at my best ever shape I have ever been in. I am sticking to my diet to a T. Well thanks for all the support every one I will keep you all informed

Ok well wrestling season has pretty much started and I have been named caption. I know it is a big oblation and I play on leading my team to a good year no matter what it takes. So I will most likely still be lifting but not as hard so I will probably not be up dating my pictures for a while but I will keep ever one up dated on my wrestling and how I am doing. I am on my summer break and i am to the point where i feel good about my self. This summer i am going to work really hard in my traning and cut my bf % down. So after this summer is over i hope to cut down and still try to gain some muscle mass while i am at it. Thanks a lot for every one support Adam

Heart, i have learned a lot over the last cupple of months about my heart and i know it takes a lot of heart to stick with lifting hard and it takes a lot of heart when people doubt your heart and your tuffnes, but i think i have proven my self to people that i have the heart to keep pushing on and on and to never stop, and to show people that all you need is a little bit of heart and any one can go far.

I i was lifting in the gym the other day and this guy started to watch me lift, and it was a little weard but when i was done lifting he came up to me and said wow. I was a little shocked becouse i dont like to draw attaion to me, but that day when that guy came up to me and said wow i realized that i love to impress people and show them what i have done with this 95 lbs body.
