Been down on myself
Well it’s been about two weeks now and it seems like I just can’t make myself want to go to the gym. I have been going but I keep getting down on myself. I don’t know if it is because of my crazy schedule with school or I have no idea, but I am just trying to get myself back in the swing of things, and hitting the weight hard. Well I guess that is it for now talk to you all later, take it easy.

ADAM: THIS IS LOGIC TO BEING DOWN ON YOURSELF. YOU JUST FINISH A PEAK PERIOD FOR THE SHOW, IT’S NATURAL. PLUS THE HOLIDAYS WERE AHEAD OF YOU AND PROBABLY DO NOT HAVE A CLUE WHAT YOU WERE GOING TO DO.
