New pics are up. Check them out!

I am setting new goals for this month. Last month I exceeded my goal of 1 1/2 inches around the waist. I lost 3 whole inches. Yah! I did not meet my weight lose goal though. My goal was 12lbs. I lost 0. But I am okay with that. I lost inches and I gained muscle. We all know that muscle weighs more than fat.

So here are my goals for this month.

I would like to lose 5lbs. I would like to lose 2 inches around my waist. And at least one inch everywhere else. Continue to eat clean and balanced and here is my workout routine now. I changed it just a bit.

Mon. Back and glutes

Tues. walk, through football

Wed. circuit training and abs I am going to add weight this time to the circuit training.

Thurs. break day or make up day

Friday Arms, shoulders, and glutes

I have added to my glute workout lots of swats and lunges and leg presses. So we will see what kind of bum I can get for my hubby. I am hoping for a nice one. Considering I don’t have one I will be working hard to get one.

I am so excited that I had to stop what I was doing and come in here and type a blog. So my weight is still maintaining 147lbs. But I have been doing good with food and exercise. I did circuit training tonight for the first time.I liked it. I think it will help the lower extremities. But what I am so excited about is that in one week I lost 1 1/2 again in my waist. Woooohoo. It feels good. So total I have lost 3inches in my waist since July. I am so proud of my changes. I just want to continue because I keep looking better and feeling better. I will post a new pic of my inches gone soon.

So my mom has been having test done and all kinds of other things for 6 months now. Last Friday she went for a biopsy of her left breast. Today she got a call from the good ol doc. It is not cancer. It is fiberous tissue. She has big masses in her breast and it has been growing in there for 6 months at least. It is double in size. She will still have to have surgery. We should find out when next week. She has to go see the doc and then he will tell the next step. WoooooooooHOOOOOOO! No Cancer No Cancer! I feel so blessed. Prayers were surely answered.

I realized that everyone in the challenge was reading an old blog and commented on it. So I thought that I would repost my original blog in this section in stead of where I put it. So here it is.

Hi everyone, I am doing the 3 week challenge of Last Man Standing. I was told to post my goals, so here they are. I want to loose 12lbs. I want to drop 1 1/2 inches around the waist. I am currently 147lbs. I am 38 1/2 inches around the waist. I am putting together a good diet. And I am going to try to do no cheats. But no promises. I am going to work hard and do my best. Hopefully I will have wonderful results. Then I can fit into my outfit I have for when I loose some more weight. It is hanging up on my cabinet door in my room. So I will be so excited when I can wear it. I want to be healthier and feel good in my clothes. Good luck to all of you. Keep me up to date on how you are doing.

So there was my first entry. I will give an update also.

I am doing good. I did cheat but I am aloud to have one per week. I hope I can make it last for the whole week. I am feeling good. I do need to boost up my cardio and get outside some, if the water would stop falling. But all of my new friends on here have been so helpful and I am getting some great ideas. Taking all of them in and creating what would be best for me. I am determined to do this. It has been 2 1/2 years since I started and I want to get this done. I plan on loosing 12lbs in three weeks. Then after the challenge I plan to keep going and loose the other 10 pounds from there. Then I will reach my final goal of 22lbs. I couldn’t do this without the support of my hubby and him helping me through this and of course all you wonderful people on bodyspace. We are all in this together and everyone can use encouragement. I will be posting another progress pic this Friday. I am posting them every two weeks even if there is no change. It is something my hubby and I are doing together. Hope you all are doing well with your goals. Have a great day.

I thought it would be neat to blog my journey.

I am planning on losing some weight to finish off all of the weight I need to lose.

Currently to this day I have lost 64lbs total.

My starting weight today is 147lbs.

My goal is 120lbs to 125lbs.

This should be a great weight for me.

I am excited and I start on Monday.

My hubby needs to put on as much weight as I need to lose so we are racing.

First one to their GOAL!

I will post pics when this is all over before and after.

I am excited. But I could always use encouragement through this.

My plan is to work out for 30 mins 4 days a week. Mostly cardio and skating.

Eat 5 times a day HEALTHY and balanced.

Eat nothing after 7pm only can drink milk if I get hungry.

I will be drinking this tea that is a natural cleanser.

I will be drinking no sodas and lots of water and juice.

I will snack on fruit and veggies.

I am so excited I plan to update each week my progress.

I know that most of you may not understand what it is like to be fat but losing the weight is a challenge for me and I struggle with it. I will be praying for God to help me and give me strength just as I did for the first 64lbs.

Okay, Monday hear I come!

So I said I would journal my weight loss so hear is my progress. The scale says I weigh 150lbs. which means if you look at a scale I have put on 3lbs. But that is not really the case. Have you heard that saying that muscle weighs more than fat. Well I am working out three days a week and building muscle. So however I do weigh more on the scale I have actually lost quite a few inches around the waist. I have actually moved a size down in clothes. So I know I am losing. But I am also building muscle mass. Which will define me when I finally lose all the belly. So I feel great and my clothes are fitting better. So I couldn’t be happier with my progress. The scale isn’t everything. I have been doing great with my eating and portion size and have been working out faithfully and I walk around rotary park on Tuesdays to add to it all. So I am doing what I need to do.
