New goals for this week.
Short term goals for this week. I said my goals for the whole month. But I am trying to do this one step at a time. So here are some short term goals just for this week:
At least one inch in the waist and I would like to loose 2lbs. I would like to see more deffinition in my muscle it is helping the fat to go away.
Keep to my workout program I have now. Keep eating good. Maybe even better. Let’s see what happens this week.
